This charming game combines difficult problem-solving with questions across a range of KLAs. It is an effective game for the Smartboard, where the students help each other to try and work out how to play the game. The students must use their problem solving skills to work out what is happening in each 'world' and unlock the questions before they can even attempt to answer them. It is suitable for Stage 2 and 3.
Stop SPS
This video is from my favourite TV show, Sonny with a Chance (Disney channel). Tawni makes some extreme skinny jeans and everyone loses circulation in their legs and can't walk so they make a song called 'Stop SPS' (Skinny Pants Syndrome) with a hilarious video to discourage their use.
